He is an expert in strategic studies, specializing in the MENA region, with a rich academic background and diverse professional experience in international relations, strategic management, social policies, and humanitarian law. Dr. Mokdad is the CEO of the Intelligentsia Center for Research and Studies and serves as an International Consultant at PGS University in France. He has a number of publications in major indexed journals.
