(130 mins) A documentary production from the Public Broadcasting Service that examines the Palestinian uprising, or intifada, in the Israeli-occupied territories of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. The program includes an opening background piece, shot in Israel, presenting the Israeli point of view on the occupation; the 90-minute documentary "Days of Rage: The Young Palestinians," shot on location in the occupied territories, which explores from a Palestinian perspective the philosophy, tactics and impact of the intifada; a concluding documentary segment looking at the human rights issues raised in the film and the current political situation. A 40-minute panel discussion covering both the film and the current political situation follows the documentary presentations.
