I am from Rome, Italy. Surrounded by magnificent Ancient Roman monuments, I nevertheless set my heart and mind on Egypt from an early age. I lived in several different countries, including Egypt, and traveled most of my life. I am currently writing my dissertation and taking care of my family. My research focuses on Old Kingdom Egyptian art and language and the evolutions occurring in these areas within that time period. Broader interests include interdisciplinary studies and socio-ideological aspects of art and language evolutions.
